I could be wrong, but I think the version we hear in this video is actually the one that was re-done with the orchestra and choir for Lord of the Rings, and I believe they also renamed it because of that.
Ahh, wikipedia says it better:
“A version of the track was re-orchestrated with a choir and full orchestra for The Lord of The Rings: The Two Towers 12 min trailer.[1] The piece, named “Requiem for a Tower”, was made exclusively for the trailer and was featured as ‘Requiem for a Dream’ in the The Lord of the Rings film trilogy.”
